What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. On the day of your departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 AM.

What are the reception hours?

Our reception is at your disposal from Monday to Saturday, 7:15 AM to 11:00 PM, and on Sundays from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

What languages are spoken at the reception?

Our staff will be happy to assist you in Italian and English.

Where is the property and how can I reach it?

Our property is located in Bagnacavallo, at via Luigi Cadorna 10 (Ravenna). We are easily accessible by car via the A14 motorway. For those traveling by train, the local railway station is just 700 meters away, making it a short and convenient walk to the property.

Is there parking?

Free public parking is available directly in front of the property; no reservation is required.

Does the property have an elevator?

All floors are served by a modern elevator, ensuring easy access and convenience for all our guests.

What accessibility features does the property have?

Our property is fully accessible and barrier-free. We also offer 3 specially designed rooms, each featuring a fully accessible bathroom to ensure comfort and safety for all our guests.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Free Wi-Fi: High-speed Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the property, including all guest rooms and common areas.

Is your hotel pet-friendly?

Dogs are more than welcome at no extra charge. We kindly ask owners to bring everything necessary to ensure their pet's well-being and care throughout their stay.

Do you provide a luggage storage service?

We offer a complimentary luggage storage service for our guests on both the day of arrival and the day of departure, so you can enjoy your time in the city with total freedom.

What amenities are included in the rooms?

All rooms feature a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and fresh linens. Every room is equipped with high-quality mattresses and free Wi-Fi. Our Deluxe rooms and Junior Suites also include a complimentary hospitality tray with a selection of tea and coffee.

Is a city tax required?

No, there is no tourist tax required for stays at our property.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro.

How does check-in work?

Check-in takes place directly at our reception. Upon your arrival, our staff will be happy to welcome you, complete the registration process, and hand over the keys to your room.

Can I request early check-in?

Early check-in is available upon request, subject to room availability at the time of your arrival. We will do our best to have your room ready as soon as possible.

Can I request late check-out?

Late check-out can be arranged upon request and is subject to availability. Please inform us in advance so we can best accommodate your needs.

Is a transfer service available?

While we do not have a private shuttle, our reception is at your full disposal to book a private car service (NCC) or provide contacts for professional drivers we trust.

Is there a charging station for electric cars?

We do not have an on-site charging station, but several public charging points are located just 700 meters from the property, easily reachable in a few minutes.

Are children allowed at the property?

Of course! We are happy to welcome families with children. If you require a cot or an extra bed, please let us know when booking so we can check availability and have everything ready for you.

Certainly. We provide cots and cribs for our youngest guests completely free of charge. We kindly ask you to request them at the time of booking so we can have them ready in your room upon arrival.

Payments and cancellations

What are the cancellation terms?

Free up to 5 days before arrival. A 30% penalty applies for cancellations made within 4 days of arrival. A 100% penalty applies for no-shows.
